- Preserved the existing frontend and API contracts while improving runtime stability and observability

- Added the first beta version of the Binance order book imbalance ranking
- Introduced a dedicated depth chart for inspecting bid and ask liquidity around the current price
Watcher preview
- Added an early Watcher preview for a clearer way to visualize ranking activity, this is not the final version and feedback is welcome
EMA periods and market coverage
- Added EMA 20, EMA 50 and the 1-hour and 1-day timeframes to the Top 10 EMA Distance ranking
- Removed Binance USDC perpetual markets from the screener
- Rolled back the Scalp, Swing and Data section grouping (I'll bring it back later, I just wasn't happy with this version)
